THIS MATTER having come on for hearing on December 10, 2004, upon the Motion of the Respondent for Revision filed on November 23, 2004, with the Petitioner present and the Respondent not present, and the Court finding that:

1) The Petitioner stated he had attempted service of notice via the Sheriff's Department but that no service had been made.
2) No continuance was appropriate as the Motion for Revision was not filed and served within ten days of the filing of the Order for Protection of October 27, 2004, as required by RCW 2.24.050 and Local Rule 53.2 of the Superior Court for Clark County.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Motion for Revision is denied.
